๐Ÿš€ Shop #37 ๐Ÿš€

We just closed on shop # 37

This shop was independently owned for 60+ years. The seller was 85 years old.

We submitted the first LOI in October 2025. It took 12 months to get it over the finish line. But now the hard part begins...

Buying the shop is the easy part compared to building the business!

We'll rebrand as Midas and install an (almost) entirely new staff.

We'll spend $200,000 on renovations, equipment, and marketing. It's a lot of work & money, but we're confident it'll be one of our top performers.

When expanding your business, there's so much to consider:

  • Location
  • Price
  • Reno Budget
  • Financing
  • Staffing
  • Risk vs. Reward
  • Tax implications

It can be overwhelming, even paralyzing, when you don't have much experience doing deals.

The good news is everything gets a little bit easier after each acquisition. You learn what works and what doesn't.

We've built a system for everything: finding off-market deals, negotiating win-win terms, staffing with great teams, and ramping up sales.

Want to use my systems to expand your business?

I've packaged up everything I know inside 8-Figure Franchisee. You can read more & apply here.

Cheers!

Brian
