You have to be prepared for anything

I bought a shop with a secret room that I can’t forget

On the first day, I’m walking around

I saw a door that I hadn’t noticed before….

Inside there’s a La-Z-Boy, a stack of Playboy magazines, security system, & K-Cup machine

I was appalled! I couldn’t believe they were wasting money on K-Cups!

At $0.75 per cup x 20 cups per day = $15 per day

Over $4,500 per year. Unbelievable

When buying a business, you have to be prepared for anything

The best opportunities are never polished trophies

They are messy, dirty, and sometimes gross

But that’s where all the money is made!

After you own it, you must make a quick decision to accept or change it.

We set high standards for ourselves and never break them.

This store was no exception.

Our team remodeled the entire waiting room, including demoing this room

Cheers!

Brian
