What I've been building for the last 2 years

In 2020, my business did $5 million in revenue.

In 2025, we will hit $50 million.

Not because I worked harder. I was already maxed out. My phone would literally shut down from overheating in the summer.

What changed was leverage.

I created systems & playbooks that could run without me.

I hired people better than me. I was proactive in creating deal flow that never went public.

I surrounded myself with other owners who made me think & act bigger.

Leverage compounds. Hustle doesn’t.

For the last two years, I’ve been packaging everything that created this leverage into one place.

It’s called 8-Figure Franchisee.

A private growth platform for franchise owners.

Today, we have 50 members across every franchise industry.

All at different stages but sharing one common goal: playing offense.

Here’s what we’ve built inside and where it’s going:

Playbooks

The most critical systems I’ve used to scale from 0 to 35 locations.

Expansion strategy, seller financing structures, comp plan templates, deal evaluation frameworks, cash flow forecasting models & more.

The stuff I wish existed when I was figuring this out alone.

Seller financing and compensation structures have been the biggest winners so far.

Members are using these to structure deals that wouldn’t otherwise have been possible.

Capital Network

Finding money to grow is a huge bottleneck.

We’re building a curated network of capital partners: lenders and investors who understand our business model and can move fast.

The bigger vision: raising a fund to invest directly into member deals.

I’m also seeing something I didn’t fully anticipate, but makes total sense....

Members partnering with each other. The experienced, well-capitalized operators are building relationships with the newer, hungry ones.

Deal Flow

When a member is ready to sell, they’re bringing it to the group.

Every seller would rather do business with someone they know, like, and trust than a random stranger from the internet.

But it’s not just about deals. Members also get to learn other franchise models from the inside.

We openly share P&Ls, wins, and challenges. If you’re considering investing in a new brand, you’re not guessing from an FDD; you’re learning from someone who’s living it every day.

Buying Power

The bigger we get, the more leverage we have with vendors such as payroll, lead gen, technology, insurance, and more.

We're focused on vendors that most franchisors don’t (or can’t) use their buying power on.

But there’s another kind of leverage that’s already happening: knowledge.

When a member is negotiating with their franchisor on acquisition incentives, territory rights, lease assistance, or development deals, they’re no longer going it alone.

One question to the group, and they’re armed with what’s possible.

Who This Is For

8-Figure Franchisee is for franchise owners who want to play offense.

No complainers, victims, or people waiting for permission.

Owners who see 2026 as the year they double, triple, or 10X their business.

If that’s you, this is the room.

The Cost of Doing Nothing

If nothing changes, then nothing changes.

The owners who improve their systems and surround themselves with winners will have an incredible year.

The ones who do nothing will look back a year from now and realize they’re in the exact same place.

Another year wasted.

I see this happen every year.

The truth is that one idea, one framework, one relationship, or one deal can change everything.

If You’re Ready

8-Figure Franchisee is not for everyone.

This is an investment of time, money, and commitment to execute.

If you’re serious about growing in 2026 and you’re tired of figuring it out alone, I’d love to talk.
