The next Elon

Most people think entrepreneurship means inventing something.

Building the next Facebook, Amazon, Tesla.

Coming up with a brilliant idea that nobody’s ever thought of before.

So they sit. Wait. Brainstorm. Look for the perfect concept.

Weeks turn into months. Months turn into years.

Nothing happens.

Here’s the truth:

I’ve spent the last 10 years building a $50M/year company.

No investors, disruption, or brilliant ideas.

I bought two auto repair shops and figured out how to profitably operate them.

Then I bought another one. And another one.

Then I hit my personal limit. Couldn’t grow anymore without burning out.

The challenges you face aren’t disruption or innovation. They’re problem-solving.

Luckily, the problems are predictable:

  • Can’t find good people → fix your hiring process
  • Inconsistent performance → tighten your operations
  • Cash is tight → get creative with your seller financing
  • Doing everything yourself → build middle management

Every stage has a wall. You solve the one in front of you, then keep going.

Originality is overrated. Consistency is underrated.

I’m partnering with franchise owners around the country to run the same playbook:

→ In Philly, a non-medical senior care business. Sales and profits are up every quarter.

→ In Boston, a commercial services company with 80% recurring revenue with colleges & hospitals

→ In Houston, we’re laying down artificial turf, stealing market share every month

None of them invented anything. We just focus on execution + problem solving.

I just dropped a new YouTube video breaking down the exact playbook I’ve used to build my business.
