My auto repair business has grown sales in 48 of the last 50 months.

On the people side, it’s weekly training calls on the levers that actually move the needle.

Quarterly sessions where our managers get in the same room and share what’s working.

A leadership book club for our district managers.

On the process side, it’s improving our phone process to get more customers in the door

Using digital vehicle inspections to increase transparency & communication

Then, having payment plans makes repairs more affordable.

Remember that simplicity scales, complexity fails
