I’m hiring in Philly & Dallas

In Philly…

I’m looking for a Store Manager to run one of my best Philadelphia auto repair shops.

This location does $1.8M to $2M a year with a great team already in place. You’re not walking into a turnaround. You’re walking into something that’s working and making it better.

You’ve run a high-volume operation before. You know how to lead a team without micromanaging. You care about the work, not just the numbers.

This is a family-run company. We close at 5pm so everyone can be home for dinner. No Sundays.

If you’ve been grinding at a shop that works you to death and you’re thinking there has to be something better, there is.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), reply to this email.

In Dallas…

Last year I bought the Houston market for Waterloo Turf, an emerging artificial turf company.

Houston is working, so we bought more turf in Dallas.

Now I need someone to run it.

This isn’t a “manage an existing team” job. You’d be estimating, selling, and managing your own projects from day one. Once the volume picks up we’ll build a team around you.

The person I’m looking for is more about who they are than what’s on their resume.

You’re independent. You don’t need someone checking in on you every day. You take pride in your work and it shows without anyone asking.

You love sales and you love winning. You’re a quick learner who figures things out instead of waiting to be taught.

You want to get in on the ground floor of something that could be huge and you want to be the person who built it.

Military background is a plus but not required.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), reply to this email and tell me why.

Cheers!

Brian

P.S. In today’s Cash Flow Club email I’ll share my process to quickly vet candidates to hire great people
