After I started using it:

How you can build your own:

Step 1: List all your locations down the left side, positions across the top, then fill in the current employee names.

Step 2: Color code each employee

  • 🟩 Green: Top performer ready for promotion
  • 🟨 Yellow: Needs development
  • 🟥 Red: Find a replacement
  • ⬛ Black: Vacant position

Step 3: Recreate on a whiteboard, print it out, or pin it to your bookmarks bar
