Yesterday, Drew flew to Philly for our 8-Figure Franchisee in-person event (happening today)
We spent 90 minutes at my office breaking down his entire business model and growth strategy.
I asked him one question:
“What’s the ONE goal that, if you hit it by March 31st, would make everything else irrelevant?”
He thought for a minute.
