I’ve had one goal for the last decade: to build an 8-figure business and life.
What does that look like?
An 8-figure business means financial freedom.
Having strong, consistent cash flow so I’m never worried about debt or paying bills.
Ability to choose when to work because my income isn’t connected to my time
Traveling every month with family to new places.
But money is only half of it.
There are plenty of people who make a lot of money but are prisoners of their work.
They are tied to their phone 24/7, even when on vacation. They can’t relax. They can’t let go.
Like Ari Gold from Entourage…
To me, freedom is more important to me than money.
My goal is to build a business that enables me to live the life I want, not have my life revolve around the business
Here’s the roadmap I followed to get here
1) Build a team that runs without you
This is the hardest and most critical part.
In the beginning, everything relied on me. It was the only way to grow. But intentionally, step by step, I replaced myself in day-to-day roles.
The only way this works is by creating a system to find & retain great people.
2) Strong cash flow
This is the lifeblood of every business.
I’ve simplified our entire financial model to 3 numbers. The less we have to focus on, the easier it execution becomes.
We’re constantly looking for ways to cut expenses that don’t provide a direct ROI.
3) Growth without chaos
I have a clear vision and strategy to expand
Every move is aligned with the bigger picture to ensure I don’t do bad deals just to do a deal.
I systemize everything so it feels like “copy and paste”.
The perfect combination
To achieve the goal of 8-figure business & life you need all three.
A team gives you bandwidth to work on driving more revenue. More revenue enables you to hire more & better people. A-Players love having a proven system to follow. Systems remove dependency on you.
