I found a talent goldmine


These guys are proven leaders at an elite level.

They are resilient no matter what gets thrown at them.

They never make excuses and take full ownership of everything they touch.

So what’s the catch?

They have zero "business" experience.

They've dedicated their lives to protecting the country as Navy SEALs, Green Berets, Army Rangers, Marines, and Air Force pilots.

Most business owners & leaders appreciate their service but can’t see how it connects to the boardroom.

I see the same experience and try to find a way to hire or partner with them!

Here's what most people don’t understand.

They think it's all flying helicopters and taking out bad guys.

But that's a tiny percentage of what they actually do. Most of their time is spent leading people, building teams, and solving complicated problems under pressure.

And unlike in business, they can't just fire someone who isn't working out. They have to make the team work no matter what.

If not, it's literally a life-or-death situation.

Special Forces are not cogs in the big machine. They run small teams where they can make decisions and move fast, just like in a small business

I've hired four of these guys over the last four years.

An Army Ranger with 20+ years of service started as my COO and is now CEO of our Midas business.

A Marine who'd never run a back office is now our CFO.

A Navy Seabee is my partner in Waterloo Turf Texas.

And a Green Beret was my Chief of Staff until he was poached to lead the US division of a multinational fiber optics company.
