Have you ever looked at a franchise and thought, “Why would I buy myself a job?”
Most franchises make $150K–$200K per year.
That’s great if your goal is to replace a W2 job… but not nearly enough if you want life-changing money.
Here’s what most people don’t understand...
Every business model has a different game:
- Software → get acquired
- Real estate → leverage debt
- Franchising → stacking cash flow
Once you understand which game you’re in, the whole model makes sense.
$150K in profit from one location isn’t exciting. But that’s not the point.
Here’s how the wealth actually builds:
You start with 1 location to learn the business and build your team.
Then you buy a second one.
Get it rolling and now you have 2 locations making $300K.
Reinvest your cash flow into buying a few more, including some turnarounds.
Eventually, you have 7 locations profiting $1M+ per year (7 x $150k)
You’ll have built out the back office, multi-unit leadership team, and mastered the business.
Now we've got an exciting business!
The plan is simple: copy & paste.
Unfortunately, we all know it's not that easy in reality!
I break it all down in my latest YouTube video:
Once you build the machine, stakcing more locations isn't a huge deal.
My team is actively working to lock in 3 more locations by the end of the year. Currently in 2 lease negotiations + 1 real estate purchase.
We just got a lead on a package of 4 that'd stretch us into a new market.
When I had 2 to 3 shops, the idea of adding 7 more would be paralyzing! But today it's just another Thursday....
That's the power of franchising.
Cheers!

P.S. I’m looking to partner with 5 franchisees who want to run this exact playbook.
If you’re ready to scale to the next level, hit reply and tell me what you’re building.
